Review system. After the author's submission is successful, the editorial department will first conduct a preliminary review of the manuscript. For manuscripts that lack originality, have serious scientific or technical defects, lack valuable information, or do not meet the scope of journal content, the editorial department will reject them. This journal conducts preliminary review, re-review, and final review of manuscripts that have passed the preliminary review, with the journal Editor-in-Chief responsible for the final review. Based on the opinions of the third review, with academic quality as the premise, manuscripts are selected fairly and impartially. The author must respond to the comments of the reviewers one by one and submit a revised version of the manuscript. This process will be repeated until the reviewer and editor are satisfied with the manuscript.
Editorial system. For accepted manuscripts, the editorial department has the right to make technical and textual modifications, and any modifications involving the original intention will be approved by the author. The author bears the responsibility for writing.
Review time. The author shall be notified of the review results within 3 months, and during this period, the author shall not submit more than one manuscript. If no notification is received from the editorial department for more than 3 months, the author may decide to submit to another publication or withdraw the manuscript, but approval from the editorial department is required before proceeding. After the editorial department decides to accept the manuscript, the author will be notified promptly. If the author is unable to revise the manuscript within the specified time during the revision process, an extension request must be submitted to the editorial department; if there is no reason why the manuscript has not been revised within the specified time, the editorial department has the right to reject the manuscript.
Editorial and editorial board submissions. Manuscripts authored by editors or editorial board members must also comply with all review and editorial procedures of the journal. Editorial board members and editors are not allowed to participate in the review, editing, and acceptance decisions of their own work, or work authored by their family members and colleagues.
Objection appeal handling process. If the author has objections to the editor's review comments, they can appeal. The author needs to write an "appeal opinion", indicate the manuscript number, and send it to the designated email address of the journal. The appeal needs to state detailed reasons, including a comprehensive and reasonable explanation of the review comments, and take effect after being stamped by the author's institution. The editorial department will decide whether to accept the appeal based on specific circumstances.
Objection and complaint handling process:
General situation. Articles published online or in print are considered final versions. This journal generally does not make corrections or withdrawals to published articles. If necessary (as described below), the manuscript may also be modified or withdrawn.

If there are unintentional scientific errors in the article that will not have a significant impact on the results and conclusions of the article, the editorial department will promptly verify whether the author's statement is true. If correction is necessary, the editorial department will contact the relevant database as soon as possible to make changes.
Withdrawal. In the following situations, the editorial department will withdraw the article:
